Terms of Business
To Place an Advert: Advertising is easy, simply fill in our “place an advert” form. Or email us your advert description with up to 5 photos to firstname.lastname@example.org Once our veterinary job advert has been received, it will appear on our website within 24 hours. Don’t panic if you do not have any photos of your practice or surroundings, we can get some off your website or we can use generic photos that we believe represents your practice best.
Fees & Packages:
Standard Package: With this package we will load your advert up to www.carltonprofessional.com.au. In the case of permanent veterinary positions we will also load your vacancy to our U.K site: www.carltonprofessional.co.uk to give wider international exposure. This package costs $40 plus GST per week to place your advert, with a minimum of 4 weeks invoiced on the first day of advertising.
Premium Package: With this package we will load your advert up to Carlton Professional Australia website, Seek jobs board, Lyppard and Provet jobs boards. In the case of permanent veterinary positions we will also load your vacancy to our U.K site: www.carltonprofessional.co.uk to give wider international exposure. This package costs $440 plus GST for 4 weeks of advertising.
Note: As we incur charges to advertise on our partner network once an advert has been placed on these sites no refunds can be made. Your advert will continue to be booked and invoiced to run on our partner network in 4 week blocks up to the date of you contacting us in writing to cease running your advert. If you notify us to cease running your advert at anytime part way through a 4 week block, a fee for the full 4 week period will be charged.
Fees are the same for Veterinary Locum Jobs, Veterinary Permanent Jobs and Veterinary Industry Positions. Accounts must be paid within 14 days of the date of the invoice or late fees of $15 per month will apply. Once the advert appears on the website, no refunds will be given. If the account has gone past due for longer than 30 days, we reserve the right to remove the advert without further notification.
Cancellation: The Practice or Client agrees to submit in writing, a request to cancel or cease running the advert, via email at email@example.com. Standard Packages are billed in 1 week increments and Premium packages are billed in 4 week increments. No pro-rata billing for portions of billing periods will be done, and advertising will cease at the end of a full advertising period. If no cancellation notice is received, the advert will continue to the next billing period and fees raised accordingly.
Advertising Practices for Sale:
These adverts are run in 4 week blocks at a cost of $120.00 + GST. These adverts must be paid for in advance prior to them going live. If subsequent 4 week periods are required then payment must be made before each new period occurs. In the event of no advance payment then the advert will be removed and resumed once payment has been made.
